What is your service area?

Currently I am servicing the North Dallas area including Dallas, Richardson, Garland, Plano, Carrollton, Coppell, Lewisville, The Colony, Little Elm, Allen, McKinney and Frisco. Many times we do go outside of the service area so you can always ask.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit cards, and do not charge any service fees. Also I accept Apple Pay, Google Wallet, Zelle, Cash App, Check, and good old Cash

Are your prices on your website real?

Yes, the price you see is the price INCLUDING labor. There are no special trip charges, or extra fees. I charge a flat labor rate + parts and you will always know what you are paying before any work is completed.

Is your availability on your schedule correct?

Yes, my online scheduling platform is always up to the minute.

If I schedule an appointment will you show up?

Absolutely. It has only happened two times ever where I missed an appointment. If you book it online, I do my best to show up within 30 minutes of your appointment time.

Are you the one who does the repair?

Yes, my name is Kent, and I am a one man show. I look forward to meeting you.

Do you install new doors as well?

Yes, I work with all brands but I have preferences. I can install everything from your basic garage door, up to high end premium custom made doors.

What is the warranty?

This really depends. Everything I do I warrant for a minimum of one year including parts and labor. Openers have varying warranties from one year to five years. New doors have varying warranties on the parts. Example, three years for springs, five years for hardware, and a limited lifetime warranty on sections covering rust and cracks. So it just depends of what service is being preformed.
